Shipping and Returns Policy

All items will be shipped via Australia post. Please note that all orders are packed by the artist so orders will be shipped within 10 business days of the order being placed. We thank you for your patience. 😋

Shipping is currently free on orders over $100 and tracking is included. You should receive notifications throughout.

Returns

Currently we do not accept returns for Original oil paintings and commissions. We do issue refunds for prints and cards however the print must be posted back to Brandi Salmon within 14 days of arriving to the customer. This unfortunately is non negotiable as sourcing and creating these prints and cards takes great effort. The print/card must be returned in new condition.

If the item is shipped to you and it is faulty, for example there is a mark on your print, a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charge.

Return to Sender and Wrong Shipping Address

If your order is posted to the wrong address, due to a typo whilst placing your order, the shipping costs are covered by the customer. You will be contacted and sent an invoice for the required shipping costs.

Live Wedding Painting Refunds and Change of Date

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to book the Live Wedding painting service. Full payment must be made to the artist before the agreed upon date of service. If payment is not made to the artist, as stated above, the deposit is non-refundable. Live Wedding Painting service is non-refundable after Wedding has concluded. Although, unlikely, the artist may cancel before the date of the wedding. In this case all funds will be refunded to the customer within 2 weeks.
